Quali-Dry installed a full basement waterproofing system for me. As someone who owns and operates a Real Estate Brokerage, I had many options to do the work. Quali-Dry is professional, provides value, and stands behind their work. Value, Service, Ethics. All you can ask for. I HIGHLY recommend Quali-Dry!

Sean and his team were able to get out to my house quickly and take care of my leaky basement. Definitely would recommend.

Quick and professional to come over and look at the problem and quick and professional to do the repairs!!!! Great guys and services!!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

They did a great job! The workers were great in the home and finished the job just like they said they would. Definitely recommend

I called 8 different companies in Oakland/Macomb county and all of them wanted to do extremely invasive and expensive solutions that were beyond the problems we were having. The crew came out, identified the issues very quickly and even discovered some things that all the other groups missed or ignored. They were quick and extremely helpful in explaining what kind of work they were going to do, and I honestly can’t rave enough how easy and delightful it was to have Quality-Dry come out and help us stop the leaks in the basement with the most effective but price conscious solution. 10/10, will absolutely recommend to friends.

Very affordable clean and professional company.I would highly recommend using this company.

We really needed an expert for quick help after a large rain storm. The team was quick and reliable! They did great work! When we realized we had another issue in our crawl space we knew exactly who to call. 10/10. Will always use them when the time calls! Highly recommend.

Todd did a great job. Very professional

I learned about Todd from my Barber (Todd’s uncle) about 4years ago One end of our basement flooded with every rain fall. Todd quickly diagnosed the problem as the outside drain pipe had collapsed so water seeped inside at the top of the foundation. Todd dug a ditch 35 feet long and connected the new drain to existing drain. VERY professional job and after 4 years not a SINGLE drop of water has come! And at a very minimum cost (compared to $40,000 quotes I got) This year I had a similar problem in a totally different area, and Todd did his same miracle! Todd gets my highest recommendation for quality, timeliness, professionalism and cost

Great guy(s), great work - very pleased with quali-dry. highly recommend!!!

Excellent work done in timely manner. Thank you Todd!

Highly recommend these guys! They were super affordable and very nice. No gimmicks or upselling. We spoke to multiple companies who wanted thousands of dollars and for us to clear out our basement to get the work done. There was no need for any of that with these guys. They gave the easy, yet simple solutions and found the solution to another problem that no other company addressed with us. I’m so glad we found these guys! (:
